Good day Im writing this review because I have recently purchased a vehicle from Devon Dodge Chrysler in Jeep it is by far the worst experience I have had at a dealership they sold me a $42,000 Jeep JK that has thousands of dollars a front end work that needs to be done to it they were refusing to assist me and the repairs of the jeep they have blocked me on all social media they have refused to answer my phone calls they refused to deal with this situation at all this is the worst mans dealership I have ever dealt with Rob McKenzie the general manager of this dealership was completely rude and ignorant to me when I tried to talk to him and get the situation dealt with very unprofessional dealership and do not care about screwing people over this is the worst experience of my life with a dealership and I really hope that nobody else has to go through this please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership if you want to have a good experience with a G product or a dodge product I suggest a different dealership Mike the finance manager was the salesman that sold me the vehicle completely lied to me said he would have the mechanical issues fixed they didnt fix anything theyre refusing to deal with the situation and wont even talk to me anymore about it thanks for your time on reading this review please do not buy from this dealership

Flood car and defective car
I bought a ram from Dodge Ram, Brampton on canam cres 190 in Ontario.
The next day that I drove off the lot, I noticed that the engine was pitted in rust. The entire block and under the block was rusty.
I documented photos and attempted to return the truck to the dealer within the 15 day finance agreement cancelation term.
They REFUSED stating it was normal rust and it would happen to any truck, even brand new.
That its normal and all vehicles get rust.
They assured me ON VIDEO RECORDING THAT I HAVE AND WILL BE PRESENTING IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT,
The service manager and sales person adamantly trying to convince me it was normal surface rust and that no problems would occur as a result.
Well only 2 year old car and now my starter motor has blown, my exaust manifold needs to be completely replaced, and has also caused additional rust down the exaust pipe of the vehicle causing my catalytic converter to fail.
They have refused any attempt at an amicable agreement and do not want to take responsibility.
FCA CANADA HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY USELESS, HAS NO POWER to help with ANYTHING other than stupid warranties.
They could CARE LESS about their defective trucks and their dealerships misrepresenting their products and selling hard working people like myself a JUNK CAR that hasnt even barely lasted 2 YEARS.
THIS IS A BRAND NEW AT THE TIME 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. HASNT EVEN LASTED 3 FULL YEARS AND ALREADY MAJOR PROBLEMS.
AND INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ENGINE OR GETTING ME A PROPER TRUCK I PAY FOR, THEY WANNA PUT A NEW MANIFOLD EXAUST ON A RUST ENGINE BLOCK AND FRAME.
THIS COMPANY AND ALL THEIR DEALERSHIPS ARE DISGUSTING AND WHILE THERE ARE SOME NICE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, AT SOME POINT YOU GET TRANSFERRED HIGHER UP OR THEY JUST BEAT AROUND THE BUSH, TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE ANNOYING THEM WHEN YOU ARE GOING THRU A HUGE CRISES WITH YOUR BRAND NEW VEHICLE, UNABLE TO WORK UNABLE TO RELY ON MY VEHICLE.
I AM NEVER IN MY LIFE SO LONG AS IM ALIVE EVER BUYING DODGE AND YOU SHOULD SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO FORD WHO ACTUALLY STILL HAS A BUY BACK PROGRAM AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Date January 25th I called the above dealership on the 9th of January, told Cloé Duval that i need to replace 4 oxygen sensors and flush of the transmission, she took the VIN NUMBER over the phone and told me there are 5 recalls on the truck and to bring the truck next day and she will verify if i need all the 4 sensors to be replaced or just one or 2 , and she assured me that she will not charge me for the verification, she said it will cost roughly 800$ for the 4 sensors and transmission flush, i sent her to her personal phone (reference 2&3) what needs to be done from another Ram dealership (reference 1), Cloé said the truck will be ready the day after, so i took the truck next day. Found out from another employee that only one recall and just to look at the brackets, Cloé was away.
Many days passed, the truck was parked in the parking lot everyday i passed by (reference 10), i spoke to Cloe she said Exhaust manifolds need to be replaced its in bad shape and it effects the computer readings, i said no thank you i will return the truck to the previous owner, she insisted that the mechanic already started and she wanted to show me on the screen that he punched hours and i have to pay if i wanted to take it.
She assured me that it will be perfect job and will be no problems. On the 25th they surprised me with a 4000$ bill and the service manager didn't know what had been done to the truck, which sensors were replaced, he kept going to the mechanic asking him and coming back with contradictions, at the end he said 90% the problem is that it needs a new PCM. The truck had wires of the electrical harness hanging and sagging under the truck (reference 9) when i came to pick it up, i told the service manager, he ordered the mechanic to fix them , i came back again to get the truck , the harness was sagging again they took the truck again.
The fenders( mud covers) over the wheels are all loose and shaking, the plastic fasteners are not put back, the only plastic screws that are missing are the ones they removed,
The steering wheel joint is so loose that it was difficult to drive the truck out of there parking and i parked it at the next door Canadian tire parking , they said that they didn't touch it , even though they have to remove it in order to get to the exhaust manifold on the driver side. The check engine light still on, and more codes than when i gave them the truck, (reference 11), on the January 25th i scanned the truck and had all the codes (reference 11) i called the service manager Lantz and he said to bring it back, and that they forgot to erase the codes, so i gave them the truck for 2 days, i believe that they damaged the computer or changed with a bad one.
I asked Lantz (service manager) many times to keep the old parts for me, they did not give me anything of the old parts.
January 30th, i visited M Mécanique (reference 8) they said all it needs is 4 oxygen sensors. and as a service only good to change spark plugs. And added 1 and half quart of transmission fluid, was too low.
The previous owner assured me the truck needed oxygen sensor and transmission flush only as a service, he is the first owner of truck. I contacted the manager of the Champlain Chrysler dealer, was very not cooperative, not listening, and said that the first dealer was wrong with the diagnosis, in a aggressive way ended the call.
Unfortunately i saw the reviews (reference 13)late. I called them again formally, asked them to refund the money for the reason that i did not receive the service i asked for, and more damage is done to the truck

So had an issue with this dealership. Thought they were good.
almost a month ago i traded in my vehicle for another. I got a call today from Td auto finance saying i'm behind on my payment and need to pay it or they will start filing on my credit score. Raceway has not sent the payout to Td on the traded vehicle. I contacted the sales guy who said he would deal with it later today and have heard nothing.
Contacted the sales manager and he said he would deal with it at 11 am and has not responded contacted finance guy and he totally ignores you. My credit is excellent and took a long time to get there for me I worked hard to get it that way.
Fiazan is the finance guy he does not listen to you or care. dont know any of the ppl listed here as staff.
- All seem to busy to want to deal with you in a timely fashio
Preferred solution: Want it resolved asap thats all i ask but they don't seem to care. How do you put a price on your credit score.

bought 2 new vehicles from same dealer in same week.
The Jeep was advertised as new - bill of sale even indicates new!
Jeep eventually ran into some issues that should be easily be handled by warranty - only to be told the vehicle was not new when I purchased, and the warranty had now expired 6 months prior! Several back and forth with the dealer (mostly sorry, you're SOL) lead me to contact Chrysler/Jeep directly.

Sorry the dealer did not disclose this was used or a demo.
I recommend buying an extended warranty at this time.
Seriously Chrysler??? You think you're getting another dollar from me???

I Have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler which broke down two weeks ago. Diagnosed as needing a large ticket item repair.
Cost analysis sent to regional manager for approval and instructions on how to proceed with repairs. Despite numerous attempts by dealership to contact this person, no response obtained to date. No loaner was car offered, so I was left with no choice but to rent a vehicle at my expense! I have contacted FCA on five occasions, requesting to speak with my case manager, but each time was told he is unavailable to speak to me at the time, but that he would call me backnot once has he or anyone ever called me back!!!
My Jeep has been at the dealership for 16 daysand they haven't even ordered parts yet!!
No explanation given as to why the regional manager is not responding to the general or service managers of the dealership, nor if this issue with my Jeep is covered by warranty or not! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
Preferred solution: Complete repairs on my Jeep asap!

I bought a New 2022 Dodge Ram Dually Laramie January 9/23 in Inisfal Ontario. On Jan 13 I left for NS, I got to Ottawa and the tranny went on me, 600 km!
2 weeks to fix and a lot of cursing I left Ottawa and after 12,000 the transmission went on me again, now it sits in Inisfal tranny gone and they said it would be up to 45 days to fix it, this is a work truck, it has put us out of business, weve lost 5 trips from alberta to eastern Canada, $40,000 in total. I finally had to give it back to them because it broke our company, 3 years to build up business and 2 transmissions put us out of Business!,What a lemon this truck has been, its to bad because I loved that truck!
The second week I was in Ontario waiting for truck to be fixed I called the dealership for days and not once did I get through to the dealership, 2 days, hard to believe 3 different ph numbers they have!, 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep, remember that name in case you decide to buy a truck, and remember this complaint, get a Ford or Chevy truck, stay away from Dodge Ram, atleast they wont put you out of business!
Worst of this is Im not the only One this is happening to, go online and check it out, especially in the states, one guy has had 3 transmissions in a year on a $100,000 plus for this piece of St!! They dont give a crap about us consumers, when they get their money its like they don't no you, best friends when your buying !,

Total dissatisfaction with your customer service
I would like to register a complaint I have with Chrysler service and the FCA call centre. I have a problem with my GPS where it doesnt put me (the pointer) in the right location on the screen.
I took my jeep grand Cherokee to my dealership to look at this problem and they told me that they can do a software update but it could destroy my system totally forcing me to having to replace the whole system for roughly $1500 + which I did not agree to. They told me there might be a software update avail. later this spring or summer. They also told me to call the CFA call centre.
I did and after calling numerous phone numbers they told me and numerous hours, to no avale, the finale answer they told me was for me to buy a Garland GPS.
This was a disgrace for a company to not look after the product they sold me to basically say
Sorry Cant Help You. Good-bye
