On June 12, 2022 I ordered and paid for a new engine for a wheelchair accessible Dodge Promaster. I was promised the delivery time was 3 to 5 business days which is one of the reasons I chose to go with a new engine.

It is now the end of the day on June 27, 2022 and I have no engine and no help. Downsview Chrysler where i purchased it swears that they are being given the run around and when I call Chrysler Canada I am basically told that they show that the engine delivery is overdue but cannot give me any details. They have to send my complaint to the escalation department who will look into and hopefully I will get a call back at some point. I basically waited an hour on hold to be told we will take a message and someone may get back to you.

Chrysler should be very happy with their employee at extension 207**** who was very good at politely telling me to *** off that there was absolutely nothing he could do except take a message for someone who will look into it and get back to me eventually. Not very helpful

User's recommendation: Don't count on help from customer service. You are on your own if you have an issue.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
